Hi, I'm Naomi 👋
I'm a Yoga and Meditation Teacher who believes that wellness, health and movement should be enjoyable, down-to-earth and fit into real life. Yoga is about finding balance, on the mat and in everyday life.
My classes have an element of fluidity when it comes to the style of Yoga. I enjoy teaching a mixture of styles to suit everyone in my classes. Generally, this revolves around a Vinyasa style foundation of varying pace, with elements of Hatha yoga to help you get to grips with a certain alignment or to create a more restorative class.
