7-Day Meditation Course Review

Such an uplifting way to start or end my day! Doing this course first thing in the morning really helps me to focus my mind on the day ahead; it has a lasting positive effect on my mental wellbeing and helps me to cope more calmly in negative situations. The breathing exercises, whilst helping my body to relax, in turn engage my mind to switch off from the outside world, which I often find very difficult to do. 


Naomi guides you through each exercise clearly and calmly. As the course progresses throughout the week, she provides you with the skills, where you can become more independent to practise meditation in your own time. This is now part of my daily routine.
